It is ripe and generously proportioned, with wood aging adding complexity and a softening character. Drink this wine from 2021".

Aux Champs Perdrix is a small 1er Cru-classified vineyard in the northern sector of the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation in the Côte de Nuits.
The vineyard is high on the Côte d'Or slope, enjoying a view of many of the commune's other Premier Cru sites and overlooking the roofs of Nuits-Saint-Georges itself. Aux Champs Perdrix wines, based on Pinot Noir, are well-structured and elegant.

Domaine Chevillon-Chezeaux was formerly known as Domaine Georges et Michel Chevillon.
