Gevrey-Chambertin Grand Cru Chambertin fra Domaine Henri Rebourseau er kort sagt en overflod af intense udtryk fra violer og lakrids. Den lange eftersmag er uforlignelig.

Dr. Jules Lavalle klassificerede marken som "Outstanding" i 1855: "This famous Cru possesses all the qualities of a perfect wine to the highest degree: Body, colour, bouquet, and finesse".
